Top Tiles With Design

CHEVRON FLOOR

At a New York City bathroom designed by Alla Akimova, the drama Is Truly on the floor. Glassos tiles in Vetro Bianco on the vanity along with the walls reflect light beautifully. (The chevron, composed of Dark Emperador and Thassos marble, was custom cut by Manhattan Renovations.)

GOLD LEAF

"I have always loved those glass gold-leaf tiles ... they're really so Liberace!" States Bailey McCarthy of the Davlin collection of Ann Sacks. Calacatta Gold marble and an antique chandelier create the renovated master bathroom a showstopper.

MOROCCAN BLUE

In a Cape Cod bathroom, designer Kyle Timothy Blood created a T-shaped carpet of tile at a Moroccan design. "Did you notice the way the 'carpet' runs directly under the dressing table?" The designer says. Woodwork and the tile is from Mosaic House.

MOROCCAN MOTIF

A powder room in a worldly Los Angeles home includes Ann Sacks's Maghreb 4 tiles on the wall.

BUILT-IN FRAME

A geometric layout encloses the mirror and sconces in a New York bath, with tile from Studium.

NAVY WALLS

This "fisherman's shack" sits right on top of this water, therefore rings of Ann Sacks tile echo sea views out. The floors look thanks.
